After almost a decade of teaching Middle and High School Mathematics, I had the privilege of encountering some of the bravest, most intelligent, funniest, and most empathetic students you will ever meet. What made these students even more extraordinary was that many of them had special needs. They taught me valuable lessons as I engaged with them in my inclusive classrooms.
During my teaching career, I never disclosed to my students that my own son, Joshua, was born with cerebral palsy. However, this personal experience allowed me to deeply understand their challenges and admire their unwavering determination. I recognize that resources are often limited when it comes to supporting children with special needs. Therefore, the primary purpose of this website is to share valuable resources, products, and tips that can make life less challenging and complex for families and individuals facing similar circumstances.
My goal is to provide a platform where parents, caregivers, and educators can access practical information and recommendations that will enhance the well-being and development of children with special needs. Together, we can create a supportive community and foster an inclusive environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
